Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, a scheme to provide relief to the farmers of the country, an amount of Rs 6000 is given annually in 3 installments. Due to the lockdown, the government had put the 5th installment in farmers’ accounts on April 1. At the same time, the sixth installment of the twenty-first month is also coming. This is because they made some mistakes in applying to them, such as filling the wrong Aadhar number, name, account number, incorrect information of IFSC code. Because of these mistakes, lakhs of farmers are staying away from getting government assistance. Explain that due to information of wrong or wrong Aadhaar number in the application, about 1200 crore rupees have not reached the farmers’ account. How to apply under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi or what are the steps of being registered under this scheme (प्रधान मंत्री किसान निधि के तहत आवेदन कैसे करें या इस योजना के तहत पंजीकृत होने के चरण क्या हैं)

Step 1: Go on Google and open www.pmkisan.gov.in (चरण 1: Google पर जाएं और www.pmkisan.gov.in खोलें)

When you click on this site, the New page will open of this site in which many options will mention. (जब आप इस साइट पर क्लिक करते हैं, तो नया पेज इस साइट को खोलेगा जिसमें कई विकल्पों का उल्लेख होगा।)

Step 2: You just have to go to the option called “Farmer corner” where you’ll get options like (चरण 2: आपको बस “किसान कोने” नामक विकल्प पर जाना होगा जहाँ आपको विकल्प मिलेंगे)

1. New farmer registration
2. Edit Aadhar failure record
3. Beneficiary status
4. Beneficiary List
5. Status of self-registered/CSC farmer
6. Download PMKISAN mobile App

Step 3: You have to choose option 1’st which is “New Farmer Registration”.(आपको 1 विकल्प चुनना होगा जो “नया किसान पंजीकरण” है)

Now you’ll get a new window regarding New Farmer Registration Form. (अब आपको नए किसान पंजीकरण फॉर्म के बारे में एक नई विंडो मिलेगी)

Step 4: Enter your “Aadhar card number” in mention space and “Capture Image Text” in below mention space.( उल्लेख स्थान में अपना “आधार कार्ड नंबर” दर्ज करें और नीचे दिए गए स्थान में “छवि पाठ कैप्चर करें)

And press the Option called “Click here to continue”. (और “जारी रखने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें” नामक विकल्प दबाएं)

Step 5: Pop-up will come regarding “Record not found with given detail”.(पॉप-अप संबंधित विवरण के साथ “रिकॉर्ड नहीं मिला)

Press on “OK” Button. ( “ओके” बटन दबाएं)

Step 6: Fill the registration form according to the Aadhar card mention in detail. ( आधार कार्ड के विवरण के अनुसार पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरें)

After filling all detail, you also have to fill Khasra no & Khata no. (सभी डिटेल भरने के बाद आपको खसरा नं और खता नं भी भरनी है)

Step 7: You have to go to your State site, For example ‘If you are living in Uttar Pradesh then you have to search on Google “UP Bhulekh”, under this site choose your District, Village there & you will get your khasra no there. (आपको अपने राज्य की साइट पर जाना होगा, उदाहरण के लिए your यदि आप उत्तर प्रदेश में रह रहे हैं तो आपको Google “UP Bhulekh” पर खोजना होगा, इस साइट के तहत अपना जिला, गाँव चुनें और आपको अपना खसरा नहीं मिलेगा)

Step 8: After filling all information Press to “Proceed”. ( सभी जानकारी भरने के बाद “आगे बढ़ें” दबाएँ)

Your account will successfully create if you fill all information correctly. ( यदि आप सभी जानकारी सही ढंग से भरते हैं तो आपका खाता सफलतापूर्वक बन जाएगा)

 

Farmer facing problems regarding Status check as they are not able to see their application status. The solutions will mention below which help you to solve your problem easily ( किसानों को स्टेटस चेक के बारे में समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि वे अपने आवेदन की स्थिति नहीं देख पा रहे हैं। नीचे दिए गए समाधानों का उल्लेख होगा जो आपकी समस्या को आसानी से हल करने में आपकी सहायता करते हैं):

 

Method 1: Customer Care Number

You can call on Toll-Free Number For PMKISAN- 1800115526 ( आप PMKISAN- 1800115526 पर टोल-फ्री नंबर पर कॉल कर सकते हैं)

You can call between 10 am to 4 pm. (आप सुबह 10 से शाम 4 बजे के बीच कॉल कर सकते हैं)

They will ask for a registered Mobile number or Adhaar card number After that will tell you or show your application status. ( वे एक पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या आधार कार्ड नंबर मांगेंगे। उसके बाद वह आपको बताएगा या आपके आवेदन की स्थिति दिखाएगा)

 

Method 2: Through E-Mitra Portal

Step 1: Login into E-Mitra. (ई-मित्र में लॉगिन करें)

Step 2: After login, Click on “Utility Service” in Dashboard. (लॉगइन करने के बाद, डैशबोर्ड में “यूटिलिटी सर्विस” पर क्लिक करें)

Step 3: Search “SMF” in the search bar & select the option of “co-operative SMF Application” & select it and again click on “OK” in the pop-up notification. (सर्च बार में “SMF” सर्च करें और “को-ऑपरेटिव SMF एप्लिकेशन” का विकल्प चुनें और इसे चुनें और फिर से पॉप-अप नोटिफिकेशन में “OK” पर क्लिक करें)

Step 4: After that, you’ll enter directly on the Bhamasha Yojana page, you have to click on the “Farmer Portal” option in the Bhamasha Yojana page which will be shown on the main page. (उसके बाद, आप सीधे भामाशाह योजना पृष्ठ पर प्रवेश करेंगे, आपको भामाशाह योजना पृष्ठ में “किसान पोर्टल” विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा जो मुख्य पृष्ठ पर दिखाया जाएगा)

Step 5: After choosing “Farmer Option”, you will get 4 option including (“किसान विकल्प” चुनने के बाद, आपको 4 विकल्प मिलेंगे)

1. Registration
2. Print Self Declaration
3. Edit Farmer Portal Application
4. Farmer Portal and Status Report

You have to choose the 4th option called “Farmer Portal and Status Report” for knowing your status. ( आपको अपनी स्थिति जानने के लिए “किसान पोर्टल और स्थिति रिपोर्ट” नामक 4 वें विकल्प को चुनना होगा)

Step 6: You will get the screen of Krishak status in which you get an option to fill either your: (आपको कृषक स्थिति की स्क्रीन मिलेगी जिसमें आपको अपना विकल्प भरने का विकल्प मिलेगा)

• Application ID
• Bhamasha ID
• Aadhar ID
• Family ID

By filling any of the mentioned ID above, you can easily get to know your status. You have to simply just fill your ID in filling box & just have to press “Search” Button. (ऊपर बताई गई किसी भी आईडी को भरकर आप आसानी से अपना स्टेटस जान सकते हैं। आपको बस अपनी आईडी भरने वाले बॉक्स में भरनी है और बस “खोज” बटन दबाना है)

It will automatically show your ID & Status. ( यह स्वचालित रूप से आपकी आईडी और स्थिति दिखाएगा)

 

Problem Facing by Farmer regarding not being received of 4th & 5th installment or any of installments of the 2020 year or Aadhar Number is not verified yet. ( किसान को 4 या 5 वीं किस्त या 2020 वर्ष की कोई भी किस्त या आधार नंबर प्राप्त नहीं होने के संबंध में समस्या का सत्यापन अभी तक नहीं किया गया है।)

 

For solving this problem, These are the following steps ( इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए, ये निम्नलिखित चरण हैं):

Step 1: Open PM Kisan Samman Nidhi site on Google. ( Google पर पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि साइट खोलें)

Or

PMKisan.gov.in/Beneficiary status. (Google पर पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि साइट खोलें या PMKisan.gov.in/Beneficiary की स्थिति)

Step 2: First Click on “Farmer Corner” option & you will get the options: ( सबसे पहले “किसान कार्नर” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें और आपको विकल्प मिलेंगे)

1. Beneficiary Status
2. Beneficiary List
3. Status of self-registered CSC Farmer

Step 3: Choose the “Beneficiary List” option & check whether your name is mention there or not. ( “लाभार्थी सूची” विकल्प चुनें और जांच करें कि आपका नाम वहां उल्लेखित है या नहीं)

If your name is not mentioned in “Beneficiary List” then ( यदि आपका नाम “लाभार्थी सूची” में उल्लेखित नहीं है, तो),

Step 4: Go for the option of “status of self-registered/CSC farmer”. ( “स्व-पंजीकृत / सीएससी किसान की स्थिति” के विकल्प के लिए जाएं)

In Status of self-registered/CSC farmer option, you will get to know whether your application has been approved or not & If your Application is rejected then the reason for rejection will be there mention. ( स्व-पंजीकृत / सीएससी किसान विकल्प की स्थिति में, आपको पता चल जाएगा कि आपका आवेदन स्वीकृत हुआ है या नहीं और यदि आपका आवेदन खारिज कर दिया गया है तो अस्वीकृति का कारण होगा)

 

How to check Beneficiary List of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana ( पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की लाभार्थी सूची की जाँच कैसे करें)

Step 1: Go on the “Beneficiary List” option. (“लाभार्थी सूची” विकल्प पर जाएं)

Step 2: Fill “State”, “District”, “Sub-district”, “Block”, “Village”. ( “राज्य”, “जिला”, “उप-जिला”, “ब्लॉक”, “गांव” भरें)

Step 3: Press the “Get Click” option to get a full list of that particular region. ( उस विशेष क्षेत्र की पूरी सूची प्राप्त करने के लिए “गेट क्लिक करें” विकल्प दबाएं)

 

If your name is mention in the list then go on the option of “Farmer Corner” & select “Beneficiary Status” from it. ( यदि आपका नाम सूची में उल्लिखित है, तो “किसान कॉर्नर” के विकल्प पर जाएं और उसमें से “लाभार्थी स्थिति” चुनें)

Step 4: you will get 3 option by which you can get your status option by ( आपको 3 विकल्प मिलेंगे जिनके द्वारा आप अपना स्टेटस विकल्प प्राप्त कर सकते हैं)

• Aadhar Number
• Account Number
• Mobile Number

By entering any of the above mention options, you have to go on the option of “Get Data”. ( उपर्युक्त किसी भी विकल्प को दर्ज करके, आपको “डेटा प्राप्त करें” के विकल्प पर जाना होगा।)

After clicking on the option of “Get Data”, you will get the whole account summary on your Screen. ( “गेट डेटा” के विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद, आपको अपनी स्क्रीन पर पूरे खाते का सारांश मिलेगा)

 

If your Aadhar card is not verified yet then follow these following steps to resolve the problem ( यदि आपका आधार कार्ड अभी तक सत्यापित नहीं है, तो समस्या को हल करने के लिए इन चरणों का पालन करें):

Step 1: Go on the site of PM kisan.gov.in on Google. (google पर pm kisan.gov.in की साइट पर जाएं।)

Step 2: Go on the “Farmer Corner” option where you have to select the “Edit Aadhar Failure Record” option from it. ( “किसान कॉर्नर” विकल्प पर जाएं, जहां से आपको “संपादित विफलता रिकॉर्ड संपादित करें” विकल्प का चयन करना होगा)

Step 3: Enter your “Aadhar Card Number” in mention box & Enter “Capture Code” which is mention on-screen & press “Search” option. (उल्लेख बॉक्स में अपना “आधार कार्ड नंबर” दर्ज करें और “कैप्चर कोड” दर्ज करें जो स्क्रीन पर है और “खोज विकल्प” दबाएं)

Step 4: The status will show regarding Aadhar card detail. ( आधार कार्ड विवरण के बारे में स्थिति दिखाई देगी)

Step 5: You have to click the “Edit” option which will show the status detail under the “Action” column. ( आपको “संपादित करें” विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा जो “एक्शन” कॉलम के तहत स्थिति विवरण दिखाएगा)

Step 6: You can change every detail which is mention wrong here. Because of that wrong information, your Aadhar Card detail has not been verified yet. (आप हर उस विवरण को बदल सकते हैं जो यहाँ गलत है। उस गलत जानकारी के कारण, आपका आधार कार्ड विवरण अभी तक सत्यापित नहीं किया गया है)

Fill according to the Aadhar Card detail & press the option of “Update”. ( आधार कार्ड विवरण के अनुसार भरें और “अपडेट” का विकल्प दबाएं)

 

People have got 1st & 2nd installment money because Government has sent without any authentication but for 3rd, 4th,5th, 6th installment money, your all detail has to be properly verified. ( लोगों को पहली और दूसरी किस्त का पैसा मिल गया है क्योंकि सरकार ने बिना किसी प्रमाणीकरण के भेजा है लेकिन 3 जी, 4 वें, 5 वें, 6 वें किस्त के पैसे के लिए, आपके सभी विवरणों को ठीक से सत्यापित करना होगा)

 

The problem regarding pending for approval of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana at State/District level Status ( राज्य / जिला स्तर की स्थिति में प्रधानमंत्री किसान निधि योजना के अनुमोदन के लिए लंबित समस्या)

Steps to resolve this problem (इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए कदम):

Step 1: Open the site PMkisan.gov.in on Google. ( Google पर साइट PMkisan.gov.in खोलें)

Step 2: Go on “Farmer Corner” option where you get: ( “किसान कॉर्नर” विकल्प पर जाएं जहां आपको मिलता है)

Step 3: Go on the option 5th “Status of Self Registered/CSC Farmer”. ( 5 वें विकल्प पर जाएं “स्व पंजीकृत / सीएससी किसान की स्थिति”)

Step 4: Fill your Aadhar Card number. ( अपना आधार कार्ड नंबर भरें)

Fill Capture image mention on screen ( स्क्रीन पर कैप्चर इमेज का उल्लेख भरें)

Press the “Search” option. ( “खोज” विकल्प दबाएं)

Step 5: You will get the status of the Application. ( आपको एप्लीकेशन की स्थिति मिल जाएगी)

If the remark is showing there regarding pending of approval ( यदि अनुमोदन के लंबित होने के संबंध में टिप्पणी दिखाई दे रही है)

Step 6: You just have to simply take the print of that page & go to your District Sub-Registered office & meet the guy who is authorized under this work and gave him or her an application regarding your problem along with a print of your Application Status.
