Offline Method

Step 1: Visit ration office

 The person needs to visit the Ration office to get the Application Form; Copy of application form can download from the official site.

Candidate needs to submit the following document with the application form:

  1. Identity Proof Document
  2. Address Proof Document
  3. Photos

Step 2: Fill the Ration Application form

The candidate needs to fill the details of the family properly without any error. No overwriting is allowed. The applicant needs to have all the documents before entering the detail.

Step 3: Submit the Application Form

After filling all the necessary details, Applicants need to apply to the ration card office and they will get a receipt from the office to complete the procedure. Applicant’s needs to login to the Meeseva portal by opening http://ap.meeseva.gov.in of Andhra Pradesh Government.

The applicant needs to create an account if he or she has not previously done it. For this, the name, login identification username, E-mail ID, gender, residential address, city, and Adhaar number needs to be entered. After entering all the details correctly, the account will create.

Step 3: Fill in the Application

After creating an account, kindly login using the Login ID and password. An application will appear, the applicant needs to have all the important documents with themself. The applicant needs to fill up without any errors with all the details of the family.

Step 4: Submit the application Form

After entering all the details properly, the applicant can submit the form by simply clicking on the “submit” option.

Step 5: Written down transaction numbers

The applicants, after submitting the form, will receives transaction numbers which are confirmation of the completion of the process. However, the applicant has to note the number if they get any inquiries in the future.
