The one-way Entry/Exit pass form for workers is available at an online portal called “wb.gov.in”. The Government of West Bengal has declared that a small number of Shramik special trains are set out for migrants who were stranded. Alternative migrants who eagerly waiting to go back to their motherland need to go and fill the registration form.
For this West Bengal Government and Management floated/started several schemes to release all the mere existence families and stuck migrants.
This adoption is not only for stranded migrants but is for pilgrims and students too, in which large numbers of migrants initially belong to West Bengal.
The Government announced that there will be smooth running moving of “300” shramik special trains in the country daily so that each standard migrants can reach easily without any delayed process to its motherland.
As we know that, Narendra Modi, our Prime Minister has been extended the Lockdown and there is no time to settle this situation or any way to overcome the problem and their problem.
It was becoming very difficult for migrants to survive without food and adequate money also, they cants survive more than a few weeks, this situation is becoming very painful and worst day by day.
Due to Novel Coronavirus and lockdown, the economy of our nation has recently declined to its lowest, due to which center has generated online registration form 2020 for West Bengal migrants. Every migrant will go back to its native places after a successful registration. But this will only happen when people fill and submit the form on time.
The government of Nation has to raise the opportunity of how migrants will gain the knowledge for registration themselves through a form.
Mamta Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal has spotted the situation and come up with many relief funds and schemes to support the migrants and also to their families because it is noted that the Shramik special train has the capacity up to 1200 passengers only and rest migrants are left to be positioned.
Some of the migrants who are still in hope and waiting for their West Bengal migrants E movement pass can directly go to the list declared to be the Government manually.
Now, at some point Government has not taken some effective measures in line with the migrant’s movement.
Recently a few days back, On the official Twitter page, a conflict was noticed between Mamta Banerjee and Governor Jaydeep Dhanker over the issue on West Bengal.
Coming to apply the form online for COVID 19 Exit pass from State:
First, we have to understand what the topic is all about & what is “West Bengal one way Entry Pass and Exit pass”?
It is a very important form that is available on the government online portal, through which stranded migrants can return to their native States but for that, they simply have to fill that form before boarding the special train to their destination.

- There is an app launched by the Government itself “Aarogya Setu App” which is a platform that governs all of us about Rules, Guideline, regarding COVID 19 Corona Virus. By using this app one must know the live tracking of the patient who is affected positively by COVID 19 Corona Virus, and this is a very helpful app to keep everyone safe.
- In the journey period, the Government has given full support in providing food, mask, water, sanitizers. So, that they are migrants should feel safe & maintain social distancing.
- The form doesn’t carry any misleading information If in case it happens then the form will be canceled immediately
Now to fill up the online registration form for West Bengal migrants?
- As there is a high percentage of changes that the steps are not much cleared the stranded migrants properly or been understood properly. In this situation, The member or relative whosever is helping those migrants to fill that form can notify & read the below mention points:
- Open Google and search “wb.gov.in” in the search bar.
- On the right-hand side, the option will be opened, and you will get to see two links
- Exit pass link
- Entry pass link
- Click/tap on the link, on which you have to fill the form. If you want to go to another link, then tap back and go on another one, Else to leave tap Exit pass.
- It is open now, a dialogue box will show to you, and just below it, there is an apply/register button, tap on that.
- Tap it and open it
- Fill your full details which state your Full name, Contact Number, and after that, the One-time password will go on your registered Number.
- Type the One-Time Password and get registered.
Once it’s done, give all your Document which help to generate your Pass
