In the Indian constitution, the new form of adaption has been formed by the Indian railway department by introducing a Shramik special train for the allocation of the migrant worker, pilgrim, tourist, student, and another standard person in between this lockdown. The Shramik special train will run under the eye of state government at both the point.
As per the guideline, decided by the Ministery of home Affairs declared today, that the Shramik special train will run on “Labour day” to transfer the poor labors, migrants, students, workers, and other registered people from different locations. These special train has been started at the request of state Government as per keeping in mind of sending and receiving the migrant who is stuck during this epidemic situation.

Before also, one article has been establishing which stated West Bengal exist/entry pass for the stranded migrant and also talk about the registration process, and pass which have to be carried out in the whole journey to reach their native places.
Here, we are going to notify the people about the train route and list of trains to be started yet. The government railway administration decided to appoint seniors officers for the smooth functioning of these trains and also to coordinate for various other situations.

As per the ministry of home affair guideline and approval of state government, there is 6 shramik special train are plan to run as per now information. The train list which will be running from place to another are listed below:

- Jaipur- Patna
- Kota – Hatia
In a statement related to this Mr. Piyush goyal on May 16, 2020, stated that he should provide relief to migrant laborers, for that they have started to run this service of Shramik special train under the guidance of railway administration from any district in the country. He also mentions that, giving the order to the district collector to prepare the list of a stranded migrant with their destination through the online process of applying form into that or with the help of state nodal officer.
Ministry of Home Affair guidelines for a special train
- At the originating state will investigate first by sending their passenger and only asymptomatic passengers are allowed to travel.
- Following social distance norms and other precautions are to be taken into consideration for sending to the state government and these persons are to be brought in batches that can be accommodated in trains for the railway station and sanitize buses.
- In this situation, every passenger must wear a facemask.
- From the origination station to their native places meals and drinking water are to be provided to the passenger by sending states.
- The passenger will be received under the eye of the state government after arriving at the destination.
- All arrangements will be done includes screening, quarantine process for the onward journey from the railway station if required.
How passenger will get the ticket
The only passenger who will be listed by the state government and that list will be provided to Indian railway are allowed to travel from one place to another, and on that base list, the passenger can move by taking a ticket and the only passenger who carry the ticket and a listed will move to their native places. Not everyone allowed traveling.
How to Book a Ticket
Firstly, the passenger has to reach nearby senior officer or nodal officer and request them to approach them to add your name in the list by verifying all your document if required, once the process is done, the nodal officer will send the list to railway administrative and only those people who reached to the station whose names will already mention in that list.
